When taking away 9 we can treat it as 10 and add then add 1 to the answer. With 19 make it 20 and take away 1, etc.
So: 56 – 9 will be 56 – 10 = 46 then add 1 one back to the answer which is 47

Science
This can be done over a couple of days as I would like you to freeze water and then melt it. Write down your observations as these things happen. Make a prediction of how long you think it will take for the ice cube or cubes to melt. Record your prediction and the actual time. So you will need a stopwatch app or timer to help you. Please include the scientific words related to the experiment. Remember what kinetic energy is.
