Using 24 hour clock will help you to read timetables for buses, trains, movies, etc.

Remember A.M is morning (between 00:00 and 12:00 midday) and P.M is afternoon, morning & night (12:00 midday until 23:59).

Take a look at the MyMaths site and use the Time and Timetables activity lesson. Then have a go at the homework.
