Year 4 w/c 15.06.20

Good morning! Hopefully you have all had a lovely weekend and are ready to start learning.

Numeracy

This week we will be combining lots of skills by playing maths games.  See google classroom for your instructions.

Literacy

We have a very emotive topic of whether animals should be kept in zoos or not. Again, see the classroom for full instructions of what you need to do.

Topic

Head to google classroom for your topic activities. This week we have:

Expressive arts – making nature wands, musical instruments and a bug.

Science and Technology – classifying invertebrates.

ICT – building an online habitat.

Humanities – researching endangered animals.

Health and Well being – taking a walk with your family to go bird watching.

Spellings

These will be set on a Monday – learn them throughout the week and then get somebody at home to test you on a Friday. I would really like to know your scores if you want to put them on the stream for google classroom.

Welsh

All our work this week focuses on a Welsh reading book called "Karabo".  Full instructions are on the google classroom.
