Year 4 22.4.20

Well done everyone, it has been lovely to see your work so far this week.

Your learning is scheduled to go on to google classroom at 9am. Don't worry if it isn't exactly 9am when it goes live, sometimes it does take a few minutes.

For literacy you will be writing a draft of your leaflet and in maths you will be rounding to one decimal place. Don't forget the BBC lesson on rounding tomorrow. I have attached the link and it has lots of useful activities you can do as well as the work set on google classroom.

Remember to carry on with your topic activities. Hopefully you have all started your moon diaries and exercise diaries which you can continue to add to.

Suggested spelling activity for today is rainbow writing but with a twist. If you have chalk (and are given permission to do so) try writing you spellings on the ground in as many different colours as possible. Otherwise, use coloured pens or pencils.

A quote from one of my favourite books "The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse" by Charlie Mackesy:

See how many ways you can be kind to the people around you today - we would love to hear what you've done.

Take care and stay safe,

Mrs Maunder and Mrs Phillips.
