Also have a look at your topic activities - what I've seen so far is fab! These can be completed throughout the week when it suits you, and remember that the bigger tasks don't need to be completed all in one go. Feel free to return to the work as often as you wish.

ICT - Coding a Space Journey using Scratch
Humanities - planning for a journey to the moon
Art - create Space art in the style of Peter Thorpe
Keep going with j2blast to develop quicker recall of times table/ division facts, which will make your other Maths work much easier!!
Please also continue with daily reading - at least 10 to 15 minutes a day ideally. This could be a book, a magazine, a newspaper or even a website such as Newsround.
